Our Story
Malooca Delights was born out of a love for community, creativity, and the simple joy of a perfectly crafted pastry. After years of living and working abroad, Paula St. Pierre, originally of Porto Judeu, returned home. In returning Paula realized there was something missing from the island experience: a truly modern bakery and coffee shop.
She wanted to create a place where people could start their day with a great cup of coffee, take a break with friends, or grab a beautiful cake for a celebration. Something stylish, approachable, and full of flavor. Malooca Delights became that vision.
The name Malooca is a playful twist—a blend of charm, color, and fun. And Delights? That’s exactly what we serve: things that delight you, whether it's a flaky croissant, a rich espresso, or a custom cake made just for your special day.
Today, Malooca Delights is proud to be part of a growing local ecosystem alongside The Texan and Acore Autentico Boutique Hotel. We’re more than a coffee shop—we’re a daily stop, a neighborhood favorite, and a fresh take on tradition.
